About Katherine
Katherine has always had a desire to help and empower
people, as well as a keen interest in
metaphysics. Her own experiences have taught her that through life we
come to understand more about who we really are. By stepping into our
power and choosing how we respond to that which happens around us, we
have an opportunity to realize more about our inner abilities and our
capacity to overcome all challenges. Katherine sees life as our means of
expression, a canvas and we are the artists. We are all capable of
creating masterpieces when we realize and embrace who we are and our
vast inner potential.
Katherine is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and has also trained
in Chakra Balancing and other Energy Systems including Silver Violet Flame, Angelic
Expressions TM and the Rainbow Light Healing System TM.
Katherine is also a fully qualified
Clinical Hypnotherapist, having trained with the London College of
Clinical Hypnosis and become a member of the British Society of Clinical
Hypnosis. Katherine has an academic background in Metaphysical Sciences
and she continues her training and personal development in an effort to
offer greater choice and awareness to help and empower a greater number of people.
In line with her passion to empower others and her love of her children
and the planet Katherine has created a website

to who they are and shine their light on the world. Katherine is also a
writer, having published articles through a variety of mediums and she
is currently working on her forthcoming children’s books ‘Our Special
Gifts’ and “My Path’.
